At Enchanted Valley Ranch there are 140 acres of private nature surrounded by 22,000 acres of undeveloped desert. The sense of space, openess, and ruggedness is awe inspiring.
There is a huge variety of scenery, with the sky always dominating every view.
The valley is a natural bowl surrounded by cliffs and ridges on 3 sides.
A sense of magic permeates the rocks and ridges.

This is the closest neigboring land to the famous mountain Cerro Pelon.
The valley is open to the northeast where it merges with the Galisteo Basin. In that direction you can catch a clear view of Santa Fe's Sangre de Cristo mountains in the distance.

One of the most distictive mountains visible on the land is Flag rock to the southwest. It is reminicent of the Flatirons outside Boulder Colorado.
When night arrives, the moon and stars shine bright, being just far enough from city light sources.
